Title: Grape-Wine Salad

2pkGelatin, unflavored
1/2cWater; cold
3/4cWater; boiling
1/4cLemon juice; fresh squeezed
1cSugar
2cWine, dry white
6 Peach halves
1/4lbGrapes, white seedless

Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water. Add lemon juice, sugar, and wine. Spoon a layer of gelatin in bottom of a chilled 9" mold. Press peach halves around bottom and place a small cluster of grapes in center. Chill until almost set. Combine remaining grapes with gelatin and spoon over peach halves. Chill until firm. Unmold.
